Roslyn Neal Dickerson
Director
Roslyn is senior vice president, Diversity & Inclusion for InterContinental Hotels Group PLC of the United Kingdom, the world's largest hotel group by number of rooms.
As Senior Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Roslyn is responsible for leading, developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, including assessing IHG's organizational needs and identifying solutions that will contribute to a more diverse and inclusive organization. She also furthers the development of IHG's external relationships and partnerships with diverse owners, suppliers, vendors and franchise prospects.
Roslyn most recently served as corporate VP, chief diversity officer for Honeywell and previous to her tenure at Honeywell, she held various senior-level positions with several financial services organizations in New York.
Roslyn earned her bachelor's degree in science, education and health sciences from Boston University and also holds an M.B.A. from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. She is a member of a number of industry advisory councils and has previously served on the board of directors for March of Dimes of Greater New York, the chairman's advisory council for Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, the corporate advisory circle for the National Council for Research on Women and The Conference Board's Diversity Council. |
